Samantha is a full-stack developer with skills including JavaScript, HTML, CSS, and Python. Despite having a lifelong interest in coding and software development, it wasn’t until December 2019 that she decided to finally take the plunge into the tech industry through General Assembly.

Before pursuing her new career path, Samantha was a freelance video editor and graphic designer with experience working in Philadelphia, London, and in her current home of Chicago, Illinois. After earning her BA in Film and Media Arts from Temple University in 2017, she went on to work with clients including director Jordan Melamed, and Hero Coffee Bar.

In addition to her web development and filmmaking work, Samantha also dabbles in photography and is working to improve her skills in painting and animation.
